This was a great relationship from start to closure. In addition to his tremendous knowledge of the local market, Mike was a strong and constant communicator, easy to work with, terrific at details, and quick to tailor solutions to our wishes and needs. We are in the midst of selling our house, and it is not going easily, so we have a basis for comparison. Venice was a breeze, and Mike was integral to our success.

I have worked with many realtors over the years and Mike is in a different category. I would call him a Realty CONSULTANT. Where do I begin...from our first phone call (we are out of state) he is warm, knowledgeable, flexible, proactive, responsive, and truly consultative. One of the great strengths he possesses that most realtors do not is he LISTENS and then ADDS TREMENDOUS VALUE immediately. I called him 'boots' on the ground which we needed desperately and he always called, texted, and emailed us in a timely manner. The cadence was perfect. Our work together was such a positive experience that I would not only highly recommend him, but I would also be glad to speak to any potential buyer/seller who is 'shopping' for a PARTNER for their next real estate transaction.
